Withdrawal notice
This notice applies to consumers purchasing a BookPass at a distance.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving a reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date the contract is concluded.
To exercise this right, inform us – Daniel Trogisch, Wasserturmstraße 2, 04821 Brandis, Germany, email trogisch.d@gmx.net – through an unambiguous statement. You may use the model below, but it is not mandatory.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw, we will reimburse all payments received without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after receiving your notice. We normally use the same payment method and do not charge a reimbursement fee.
If you requested that services begin during the withdrawal period, you may owe a proportionate amount for services supplied before withdrawal. The right ends early only where the statutory conditions and required express confirmations have been met.
